Every user is required to read these rules in full before registering on our platform. By accessing the site or opening an account, you are considered to have accepted all of the conditions below.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement. By using any service provided by tk1917, you agree to all of the conditions in this agreement. If you do not agree with the conditions, do not use the site.
01 General Provisions

02 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To use any service on tk1917, you must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform. We may request an identity document or other proof of age for verification at any time.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts, but each account must be linked to a completely different device and payment method.
2.3 Information Provided at Registration
When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, we have the right to close the account immediately and forfeit any funds held in it.

03 Account Management
3.1 Protecting Your Login Credentials
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
tk1917 may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Completing identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account may be considered inactive if it has not been used for more than 12 months. tk1917 may apply a separate policy regarding the balance of inactive accounts, and the user will be notified in advance.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
tk1917 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. A same-method policy applies — withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the deposit. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are available for withdrawals.
4.3 Source of Funds
Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to them. Using a third party's payment method is not permitted. In cases of suspicious transactions, tk1917 may temporarily hold funds and carry out verification.
4.4 Technical Issues
tk1917 is not responsible for any delays in transactions caused by payment gateway or banking system issues. Contact our support team if you experience such problems.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, resulting in a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
Bonuses should not be treated as direct cash. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until all bonus conditions have been met.
5.2 Regular Promotions
Weekly, seasonal, and special occasion promotional offers are each subject to their own terms. Each offer separately states the minimum deposit amount, wagering multiplier, and validity period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If a user attempts to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain, tk1917 has the right to cancel that bonus and, if necessary, close the account. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts, using altered IPs, or other tactical misuse falls under this prohibition.
5.4 VIP Program
tk1917's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher tiers offer greater weekly cashback rates — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback applies to net losses for the week. Progress through VIP tiers depends on activity and contribution.
06 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
tk1917 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void. In such cases, the bettor's original stake will be returned.
6.2 Determination of Results
For sports markets, official scores or results from internationally recognised bodies are used to determine outcomes. For cricket, official announcements from the ICC and BCB will apply. In the event of any dispute, tk1917's decision will be final.
6.3 Live Betting
In live betting, it is prohibited to place bets by exploiting communication delays or discrepancies in information. If such activity is detected, the relevant bets will be cancelled.
6.4 Casino Games
All casino games are operated by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully unbiased and verifiable. Live casino games feature dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other reputable providers.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1917:
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Using another person's account or selling account credentials
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Opening an account with false or misleading information
- Participating in match fixing or any other illegal activity
- Using the site while under 21 years of age, or helping a minor access the site
- Attempting to attack the platform's cybersecurity
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, tk1917 has the right to close the account, forfeit any funds held in it, and take legal action if necessary.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Termination
11.1 At the User's Own Request
Any user may request to close their own account. In this case, the account will be permanently closed after the remaining balance is settled. Separate rules apply to requests to reopen a closed account.
11.2 At tk1917's Initiative
tk1917 reserves the right to terminate an account without notice for violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, provision of false information, or any other reasonable cause. In such cases, any legitimate balance will be settled in accordance with legal provisions.
